Available in three colors - off white (component A), light brown (component B), and pine or tan (mixed) - PC-Woody has a working time of 30-40 minutes at 70 degrees Fahrenheit, a tack-free cure time of 90 minutes, and a full cure in 24 hours, with a maximum cure of 7 days.

Boasting impressive physical properties, PC-Woody has a Gardner impact resistance of 100 in/lb, an elongation of 5-7%, and is non-conductive. It demonstrates excellent thermal shock resistance and is considered healthy once cured, with a heat range of -20 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mechanically, PC-Woody has a tensile shear strength of 850 psi, a compressive yield of 2340 psi, and a flexural strength of 1280 psi. It has a water absorption rate of 0.44% and a weight (specific gravity) of 0.72 g/cm cube or 0.42 oz/in cube. The material's hardness (Shore D) is 50-55 after one week and has a heat deflection temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
