The popular PC-Woody, featuring a professional applicator, is an epoxy paste formulated to replace missing and rotted wood. It boasts structural strength greater than most wood, making it a permanent wood repair solution for interior and exterior applications. Crafted from real wood, PC-Woody exhibits many characteristics of natural wood, including extended working time for large and critical jobs, allowing users to reposition work or make changes.

PC-Woody's high "wet grab" or tack makes overhead and sidewall work easy without drip or sag, and it demonstrates excellent resistance to various weather elements, dry rot, UV light, fresh and salt water, as well as chemicals present in pressure-treated wood. After curing, it can be painted, stained, drilled, machined, sanded, filed, tapped, or sawed, making it a versatile repair solution for log homes, furniture, window and door sills, and much more.

Available in two components, PC-Woody part A is off-white, while part B is light brown. When mixed, the resulting color is pine or tan. The working time at 70 degrees Fahrenheit is 30-40 minutes, and the tack-free cure time is 90 minutes. The product reaches full service cure in 24 hours and maximum cure in 7 days.

PC-Woody boasts impressive performance characteristics, including a Gardner impact resistance of 100 in/lb, an elongation of 5-7 percent, non-conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance, and a healthy toxicity profile once cured. Its heat range spans from -20 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, with a tensile shear strength of 850 psi, a compressive yield of 2340 psi, and a flexural strength of 1280 psi. The water absorption rate is 0.44 percent, and the weight (specific gravity) is 0.72 g/cm cube or 0.42 oz/in cube. The hardness shore is 50-55 after 1 week, and the heat deflection temperature is 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
